MotoGP 22 features
MotoGP 22 will be bringing us quite a few new and exciting features. Fans, both old and new, will be able to enjoy the game and all the new content it has to offer.
(NINE) Season 2009 mode
For the first time, players will be able to replay history in MotoGP. The (NINE) Season 2009 mode will offer players the chance to relive an incredible season in MotoGP's history.
It will be narrated by one of the best MotoGP documentary directors, Mark Neale and will feature over 50 minutes of original footage from the 2009 season of MotoGP.
But unarguably, the best part is that players will be able to actively participate in history by completing dedicated challenges that align with what happened during the 2009 season while playing as some of the most legendary riders of the time such as Rossi, Pedrosa, and Lorenzo.
New-Player Friendly Features
MotoGP 22 also offers new players to the franchise some tools and systems to ease you into the world of high-octane motorbike racing.
The Revised tutorial will feature a series of short gameplay sessions with custom rules that will help players get accustomed to the basics of the game, feel more comfortable with the controls, and be more confident on the bike.
The MotoGP Academy will allow players to enter specific challenges that focus on aspects like tire consumption, electronics, brake temperature, etc., to assist players in perfecting their riding style and get faster on the track.
Lastly, the Adaptive Difficulty System implemented will help new players with in-game popups suggesting difficulty changes based on the players' performance. It will even offer specific tutorials for the player to take depending on what they are struggling with.
Split Screen mode
MotoGP now also features an exciting Split Screen feature offering two-player local split-screen, online multiplayer, and cross-play between consoles of the same family.
Gameplay and technical updates
The game has also received a massive upgrade in technical performance, taking advantage of the current consoles' hardware featuring brand new facial animations for riders, improved 3D characters, and more detailed pitlanes.

The technical gameplay has also vastly improved, and tracks are visually enhanced to improve readability. The suspension system on all bikes has also been modified to make going over curbs more realistic.
In addition, tires and brakes are now affected by the slipstream (for both the player and AI), and tires have more realistic behaviour and deform over time, bringing the game even closer to reality. Still, the gameplay itself has not slacked in MotoGP 22.
The managerial career has returned, bringing players the freedom to create their teams or join a real one. If you love strategy, bike development, and organizing a dedicated staff that will support your rider, this one is for you.
Players can also choose which Grand Prix they want to be a part of from a set of calendars, but they also have access to the entire 2022 season with all the official content. This includes 120+ official riders and 20+ official recruits, and for the long-time fans, 70+ historic riders are available to relieve some memorable moments of MotoGP.
