If you’re playing New World and see the chat ask for players to join up for the Amrine Expedition, then it’s likely they’re going for one specific item at least. That item is coagulated blood, which is used to make a wide variety of Amrine gear that’s only craftable through obtaining certain items.
The Amrine Expedition is one of the most popular early-game dungeons that players can take part in. Mostly because it’s easier for lower-level players to complete and also because the gear that you can craft from going on runs in it is pretty decent.
However, before players can think about crafting any gear from the expedition, they need to know exactly where they can find coagulated blood in New World.
Finding coagulated blood in New World
The most simple answer to the question of “how to find coagulated blood” is by going on Amrine Expedition runs. The resource is only found through drops by creatures in the dungeon. It’s not a guarantee that the creatures will drop the resource but during one run, you should have a solid amount of it by the time you reach the end.
The problem players have with this system is that after you complete one run in Amrine, you can’t go back unless you have a certain set of materials. Those materials make an Amrine Tuning Orb, which is used to regain entry to the dungeon.
To make an Amrine Tuning Orb, you need the following materials:
- 1 Eternal Heart
- 1 Iron Chisel
- 10 Corrupted Silvers
- 50 Stone Blocks
Once you have those items, you can make the orb at a Stonecutting Table. Then, you can re-enter the Amrine Expedition and get as much coagulated blood as you can carry.
