Industry insider Jeff Grubb has stated that Ghost of Tsushima 2 and Dragon Age Dreadwolf will not be shown off at next week's PlayStation Showcase.
In an episode of Games Mess, Grubb stated that he's heard a much-desired sequel to Ghost of Tsushima isn't expected to be revealed at the next PlayStation Showcase. GoT, a critically lauded title, is also getting an official movie adaptation from Chad Stalheski, the man behind the John Wick series of movies.
Grubb also dived deeper into the situation surrounding Dragon Age Dreadwolf, stating that the long-awaited RPG sequel isn't expected to release until Summer 2024 at the very earliest. We've still not seen gameplay from the title, and all we have is an announcement trailer, so this might not come as a shock to many people, but it will come as a disappointment to this wanting a new Bioware RPG.
What we can likely expect from the showcase is a deeper dive into the upcoming Marvel's Spider-Man 2, and another look at next month's Final Fantasy XVI.
