While Square Enix previously warned people of delays to physical copies of Final Fantasy VII Remake, it seems fortune has now spun in the opposite direction.
In a bid to minimise delays to orders, Square Enix has decided to ship the game early in Europe and Australia - meaning some may receive their copy prior to the 10th April launch date.
“For other western regions, including the Americas, copies will be shipped this week and we feel optimistic that most of you will receive the game for launch day,” Square Enix wrote.
As some may receive the game early, Square Enix also encouraged people to not spoil the experience for others - promising some differences from the 1997 original.

“We know there are potential spoilers that have been out there for over two decades as the original Final Fantasy VII was released in 1997,” Square added. “But Final Fantasy VII Remake is a new game that still has many surprises for everyone.
“All our fans and players deserve to experience the game for themselves, and we ask for the support of our dedicated community around the world to ensure that.”
