F1 24 Gets May Release Date, New Pre-Order Bonuses

EA Sports has announced that F1 24 will be launching on May 31, 2024 while select 2024 Season Team Cars will be available to use in F1 23 with each pre-order of the upcoming title.

"For the first time, our F1 23 players can now connect immediately with the 2024 season with some of their favourite teams ahead of this weekend’s first Lights Out," said Lee Mather, Senior Creative Director at Codemasters. "Our full reveal is coming soon, and we’re bringing players an overhauled Career mode, a new EA SPORTS Dynamic Handling System, and so much more."

In addition, a new loyalty program will be available for players who own any of F1 2021, F1 22, or F1 23, which offers a 15% discount towards pre-orders of F1 24 Champions Edition. Players will also receive the McLaren and Alpine 2023 F1 esports liveries which will carry over to F1 24.

A seconf wave of new season liveries will be arriving at the end of April. Players who pre-order will receive a number of items directly connected to F1 24 at launch. The digital-only Champions Edition includes two new F1 Icons, 18,000 Pitcoin and an F1 World Bumper Pack. Players will also receive up to three days early access, beginning May 28, 2024, and a VIP Podium Pass.

Standard Edition pre-orders include 5,000 Pitcoin and an F1 World Starter Pack.

F1 24 will be launching on May 31, 2024 on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC, via the EA App, Epic Games Store, and Steam.
