Destroy All Humans! 2: Reprobed is a single-player third-person shooter; however, there is an option for shared or split-screen 2-player co-op. In the game, alien protagonist Crypto (no, not the blockchain-based digital token) returns with a "license to probe" to take revenge on the KGB for destroying his mothership.

Like the original game, players will embark on various challenges, ranging from human body-snatching to use as a disguise to causing all kinds of mayhem and destruction. Otherwise, Destroy All Humans! 2: Reprobed will see players finding new followers to join his cult and appropriate his vengeance.
