Following the success of the VCT Stage 1 Challengers events that led to regional Masters tournament, Stage 2 promises even higher stakes, as the culminating Masters competition will feature the best teams in the world competing in Reykjavík, Iceland.
COVID-19 has prevented Riot Games from pitting teams from different regions up until this point, with hopes remaining that the clash in Iceland can be the first time such an occasion can be celebrated.

Before thinking about Reykjavík, North American teams will look to compete for two spots in three different Challengers qualifiers. Without further ado, let's breakdown everything you need to know.
VCT Stage 2 NA: Challengers schedule
- Challengers 1: 8-11th April. Top four teams qualify for Challengers Finals
- Challengers 2: 22-25th April. Top four teams qualify for Challengers Finals
- Challengers Finals: 29th April-2nd May. Top two teams qualify for Masters 2

Challengers 1 Stage 2
The top eight teams from the open qualifiers earn their place in the main event.
Qualifiers
Four rounds of 32 kick off the qualifiers with the finalists from each earning their place in the main event. The winners of each round of 32 will enter the main event as top seeds.
The qualifiers run from 1st April to the 4th April.
Main Event
All games before the finals are Bo3, with the last match being a Bo5. The top four teams will secure a spot in the Challengers Finals.
