Riot Games removed Bind and Breeze from Valorant competitive and unrated queues with the release of Episode 6 Act 1 in January 2023 to bring Lotus and Split. Their intention was to do some rework on these maps before they are brought back in the map pool, and Riot has announced officially that they will be bringing Bind back to Valorant in Episode 6 Act 3 i.e. patch 6.08 on April 25 with some major changes.
The vision was to bring more strategic diversity, and in addition to that, the team wanted to "open up more play around the teleporters and potentially rethink how teams execute, and defend against executes, on both sites." Based on this thinking, here are the changes they made across Bind.
