V Rising Eye of Twilight - How to use and find Soul Shards

The Eye of Twilight is an essential endgame structure in V Rising, allowing players to locate powerful bosses wielding Soul Shards. This guide will explain how to get the Eye of Twilight and use it to find Soul Shards in V Rising.

Once found, these items will provide players with the edge they need to dominate enemies and establish themselves as the most powerful vampire empire on their server. So without further ado, let's get started.

V Rising - How to craft Eye of Twilight

You will need the following ingredients to craft the Eye of Twilight in V Rising:

• 4x Gold Ingot
• 4x Spectral Dust

You can obtain Gold Ingots by smelting Gold Jewelry using a Furnace. However, you can only do this after defeating Azariel the Sunbringer, the Level 68 V Blood boss of the Brighthaven Cathedral.

The second ingredient, Spectral Dust, can be farmed by killing the Banshee lurking in the Cursed Forest. There is also a chance to find it in certain chests located throughout the region.

Alternatively, you can kill the Level 62 boss Foulrot the Soul Taker, who will drop the crafting recipe for Spectral Dust (requires 30x Ghost Crystal and 3x Gem Dust) upon his death.

Once you have these ingredients, you'll be able to craft the Eye of Twilight at your Furnace.

V Rising - How to use Eye of Twilight to find Soul Shards

Once crafted, interact with the structure to locate the bosses possessing the Soul Shards. These will be marked on your World Map. Once you have found the position of the Soul Shard, you'll need to battle the endgame bosses to acquire the Soul Shards from them.

All Soul Shards in V Rising

While PvE servers may contain multiple instances, PvP servers only have one type of each Soul Shard. We've listed all three types of Soul Shards in V Rising and their passive buffs.

• Soul Shard of the Winged Horror
  • Increases silver and fire resistance by 50, spell power by 10, and spell critical strike rate by 5%.
• Soul Shard of the Behemoth
  • Increases garlic and holy resistance by 50, movement speed by 5%, and grants 20% increased resource yield.
• Soul Shard of the Solarus
  • Increases sun resistance by 50, primary melee attack speed by 5%, and physical power by 10.
