There is a range of recipes in Tower of Fantasy, each requiring different ingredients for cooking. While some, like Portunids, are not very hard to find, others can be a little challenging. For example, Broccoli is a great cooking ingredient in Tower of Fantasy and can sometimes be eaten by itself.
But because of its strength and usefulness, it's not so easy to find. So if you don't know where to look, you might spend a lot of time wandering about aimlessly. Fortunately, this guide will explain all the locations where to find Broccoli in Tower of Fantasy.
Tower Of Fantasy Broccoli Locations
You can look at any item's in-game description to learn where to look for it in Tower of Fantasy. For example, the in-game description for Broccoli says that you can find it in the Astra grasslands.
But where exactly in the Astra grasslands, you may ask? It's a pretty big area, and, again, Broccoli isn't exactly the most common ingredient.

For your best chances of finding some Broccoli, search around the bottom center of the Astra region since there are lots of Broccoli spawns here. Check the map above to find the best locations to check, or look for yourself at the Tower of Fantasy Interactive Map.
Make sure you look everywhere and stay adamant in your search; you don't want to miss any Broccoli you see on your journey, as it's incredibly useful!
What Does Broccoli Do In Tower Of Fantasy?
Broccoli has multiple uses in Tower of Fantasy. It can be eaten by itself or cooked into other foods. By combining Broccoli with other ingredients, you can make dishes such as:
- Simple Power Salad
- Stir-Fried Broccoli
Stir-Fried Broccoli only requires 2 Broccoli and heals 14 Satiety points, a pretty hefty gain for a few pieces of Broccoli. Otherwise, eating it raw by itself (i.e., without cooking) will provide you with 1 Satiety point and a 4% health increase.
In this regard, finding two to make the Stir-Fried Broccoli is more than worth it, but it's a great backup food if you've only got one on hand and you're in need.
And that's all - now you know exactly where to find Broccoli in Tower of Fantasy and what it's used for, so you can make the best use of this powerful ingredient from the Astra grasslands.
