It’s only been a short while since Tower of Fantasy was officially released, and Wanderers are already making it to the end-game phases. With more than a handful of things to do in the game, getting and spending Vitality is one of the lesser-taught mechanics that’s also extremely important. Vitality is a resource corresponding to a feature in the game called Joint Operations, a multiplayer mode comprising activities Wanderers can do with others.
This guide will teach Wanderers how to get Vitality in Tower of Fantasy. Although it won’t be the most straightforward journey when playing, it’ll help those playing through the Joint Operations feature in the game. Wanderers will also know how to spend Vitality in Tower of Fantasy. Find out how to do all that below.
Tower of Fantasy - How To Get Vitality And Spend It
For Wanderers approaching most of the end-game material, Joint Operations will become a more prevalently played mode as it provides needed resources. Do note the mode will only be available to those who have progressed far enough in the main storyline. Newcomers won’t be able to access the multiplayer feature in Tower of Fantasy.

Regarding Joint Operations, having Vitality is crucial for any Wanderer to have. But what is Vitality in Tower of Fantasy? It’s another resource, but getting it is much more complicated than using it.
Every eight minutes, Wanderers will earn one Vitality point. This rate means that a Wanderer should have one-hundred eighty Vitality points at twenty-four hours over time. One can check the number of Vitality points through the Adventure sub-menu located at the top right corner.
To spend Vitality, you’ll need to partake in an Operation found in the same Adventure menu screen. There are five Operations: Joint Operation, Interstellar Exploration, Dimensional Trials, Omnium Beacon, and Spacetime Domain. The Joint Operation requires Wanderers to spend ninety Vitality, while the rest need thirty points.
These activities offer rewards but can be relatively challenging to complete alone or in a duo. It’s recommended to face the Joint Operation in a group of four for the fastest completion rate and generally for optimization and efficiency.
