Tekken’s Kazuya is the next DLC fighter joining Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
Announced during Nintendo’s Direct presentation for E3, Kazuya features many of his trademark moves from the Tekken franchise — including a 10 hit combo smackdown. He can also transform into Devil Kazuya, a powered-up version of the character featured in Tekken 7.
Perhaps the best part of the whole announcement was Kazuya’s actual reveal, showing him dropping characters like Captain Falcon, Ganondorf and Kirby off a cliff edge in comically brutal fashion.

Kazuya’s moves will be detailed in a breakdown presentation from lead designer Masahiro Sakurai on 28th June at 7am PT/2pm GMT, so it’s likely he’ll be released at some point in July.
Kazuya is the fifth DLC character from Fighters Pass 2, following Pyra/Mythra from Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Min Min from ARMS, Minecraft’s Steve and Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII.
There’s one more fighter yet to be announced, which is expected to be released later this year.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is available on Nintendo Switch.
