Multi-time esports champions Ukrainian organisation Natus Vincere is entering Rocket League esports for the first time ever after acquiring the independent Fadeaway roster ahead of the RLCS opener in Europe.
On 20th October, Na’Vi announced Maik "Tigreee" Hoffmann, Luis "LuiisP" Puente Peña, Lorenzo "Dead-Monster" Tongiorgi and coach Simon "s1moN" Bicking will lead the born-to-win brand in the RLCS 21/22 season.
“So incredibly happy right now I can’t put it into words. Let’s do this”, tweeted out veteran captain Tigreee after dropping an org offer that would have separated him from his teammates.
Independent team Fadeaway had just been revived back in August after being disbanded back in January 2021.
The roster made it through the closed qualifier with a 3-1 record defeating BS+ COMP, Evil Geniuses and 00 Nation, only dropping a series to Karmine Corp.
This guarantees the now Na’Vi-owned team a Swiss format appearance where they will need three wins to advance unless they lose three times and get eliminated early on.

Natus Vincere will try to live up to their hype and name as they go mano a mano against former regional champions Team Queso in the first round.
You can catch their debut RLCS match in the European Open live on 22nd October 2021.
Tigreee and company will also be going home with at least $1,000 and 40 circuit points regardless of the outcome and their performance.
While guaranteed money is nice, Na’Vi will need as many points as possible to stay in contention for the first LAN in December.
