Before you can begin the Lord Sus Quest in Meme Sea, you'll need to travel to Sus Island. Once you're here, you must try to obtain the Sussy Orb by killing either the Red Sus or Sus Duck. These mobs have a small 5% chance to drop the item, so you'll need to fight a few of them to guarantee you receive the reward.

After you've retrieved the Sussy Orb in Meme Sea, you'll need to look for a portal that appears on the island. There will be a Purple Among Us character standing next to it. When you walk through it, you will be teleported to the Forgotten Island. Now you need to find and interact with a purple podium.

This should be very close to you. After interacting with the podium, a message will be displayed: Lord Sus has spawned on Forgotten Island. Now just turn around, and you should see the boss. At this point, you're nearly done with the Lord Sus Quest in Meme Sea.
