In order to get Krystal Diadem in Roblox, you will need to have a total of 550 Silver that you can earn by completing quests in multiple participating experiences and the event hub. If you have that, you need to simply go to The Games event hub and click on Event Tracker on the left. 

You will find Krystal Diadem is the final reward under the Exclusive Avatar Items and all you need to do is spend your earned 550 Silver to get it. The team that you joined doesn't matter as everyone can get it if you have enough Silver.
