In order to earn tickets in Bloxburg Halloween event, all you have to do is participate in trick or treat activity. To do this, you will have to go near someone's how and you will see a ticket board in front of it. Go near it and interact with the Claim button and you will get two options—Bowls of Candy and Trick or Treat. 

Choose any one of the above options and you will get tickets added to your account. You need to simply keep driving to collect tickets; however, keep in mind that there's a limit to how many tickets you can earn in an hour. You can get 25 tickets from each house every five minutes; but it doesn't take much time.
