First, you must complete the ALS story mode and unlock Nightmare difficulty. From here, you must complete all 15 waves of Act 6 in Sand Village on Nightmare difficulty for a chance at getting a Tor's Headband to drop. 

That's the only way to get more Tor's Headband items in Anime Last Stand currently. From our initial experience and comments from the community, it looks like there's roughly a 35% chance to get this item to drop. Rinse and repeat until you have at least 10, then use it for a powerful evolution!

Tor's Headband is used to evolve a new Exotic Unit. To be more specific, you need ten (10) Tor's Headbands to evolve Flash to Dark Flash!
