Morrow's Sanatorium is one of the significant areas in Morrow Parish, in the Losomn biome, in Remnant 2, where you will fight the said biome's world boss, the Nightweaver. 

Albeit, that is not the only thing the area has to offer. Instead, if you explore it thoroughly, you can obtain a Simulacrum, a plethora of crafting materials, a legendary melee weapon called The Dreamcatcher, and a Double Barrel Handgun that can take down foes in one or two hits. 

To obtain the said handgun, you must open the locked safe found inside Dr. Morrow's office on the ground floor of the asylum. 

The safe holds the Double Barrel Handgun, an excellent weapon for DPS class like the Gunslinger and others, as it offers a very high base damage of 121 per bullet and a relatively fast reload speed.

In Remnant 2, you obtain Dr. Morrow's safe key by completing a hidden activity that requires you to find and give three Stone-Carved Dolls to Dr. Morrow in the locked cell in the asylum's basement.

Once that is done, talk to Dr. Morrow in the basement, and she will sing a song. Pay attention as the song holds the correct key to opening the locked safe inside her office. 

Here is the line that we are talking about:

"Two shiny copper teeth removed from //nine discarded combs, and //seven yellowed leaves excised from // one forgotten tome."
