Red Dead Redemption fans rejoice for a new financial report that seems to show that the possibility that the remaster is real just keeps getting higher and higher.
As noted by Twitter user Videotechx, who primarily focuses on Rockstar Games, the Fiscal Year 2024 report contains the following statement:
"We also plan to launch 2 new iterations of previously-released titles in Fiscal 2024"
What with the recent discovery that Red Dead Redemption has been re-rated in South Korea, and the Rockstar Social Club trophies for the title have received new images, it's looking more and more likely that we'll get an official announcement for a remaster within the next couple of months. Perhaps Gamescom Opening Night Live 2023 will give us exactly what we want.
Of course, if we assume that the Red Dead Redemption Remaster is real, then that raises another question: what could the second 'new iteration' be? It can't be the Max Payne remakes, as they're reportedly years away, so it'll be interesting to see what Take-Two has cooking.
