Titan Pokémon are a brand-new enemy type coming in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Originally revealed in an early trailer, Titan Pokémon are gigantic monsters that players will battle against on their journey throughout the Paldea region. Larger than Alola's Totem Pokémon but smaller than your average Dynamax, Titan Pokémon will definitely prove to be formidable foes.
This article will cover everything about Titan Pokémon, including what they are, where to find them, and which Pokémon can be Titan Pokémon.
What Are Titan Pokémon In Pokémon Scarlet And Violet?
Titan Pokémon are a new breed of powerful Pokémon in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. As mentioned, they are similar to Totem Pokémon from the Alola Region, Dynamax Pokémon from the Galar Region, and Alpha Pokémon from the Hisui Region. Titan Pokémon are larger forms of already existing Pokémon that are much more powerful.
Unlike Dynamax Pokémon, which become larger thanks to a trainer's influence, Titan Pokémon are closer to Alpha Pokémon because they are larger by nature.
What Pokémon Are Titan Pokémon In Pokémon Scarlet And Violet?
Klawf is currently the only known Titan Pokemon. However, it is very likely that several more Titan Pokémon will appear across the Paldea region. Pokémon Sun and Moon featured eight Totem Pokémon, for example (one per gym), while Pokémon Legends: Arceus featured five noble Pokémon (one per area).
It seems as though Pokémon Scarlet and Violet will be taking a similar approach to Legends: Arceus by having certain Titan Pokémon defending certain areas. Klawf is referred to as "The Stony Cliff Titan." Therefore, it makes sense that other Titan Pokémon can be found in places of interest across Paldea.
How To Find Titan Pokémon In Pokémon Scarlet And Violet
Klawf is currently the only known Titan Pokémon. During Pokémon Scarlet and Violet prerelease trailers, we can see the Titan Klawf roaming through a sandy area before engaging a trainer in battle.
We will endeavor to expand this article with more information as soon as Pokémon Scarlet and Violet are released.
