How Long To Beat PoE2's Campaign? Answered

At the start of Early Access, Path of Exile 2 will feature a huge campaign with three Acts. In fact, there are 50 bosses and roughly 400 monster types. But how long does that translate to in terms of completion time? 

Well, according to the Game Director of Path of Exile 2, Jonathan Rogers, players should take roughly 25 hours to complete Acts 1 to 3. At this point in time, your character should be roughly level 45. 

This could vary greatly depending on player skill, as experienced Path of Exile players might make quick work of the story. There is, however, also the endgame content to consider. You must be level 65 to start accessing the endgame content in PoE2. To get there, the developer has noted players can complete the first three acts of the campaign on Cruel Difficulty.

That's just the start, however, as the game's story will be significantly longer (possibly double the size) when the Early Access period is over and PoE2 gets a full launch. After all, the plan is six acts, which we'll likely all see added in 2025. The developers did note that PoE2's Early Access period will run for "at least six months."
