You'll also need to unlock Cloth by spending one Technology Point, then create some using Fibre from trees!
Where to Find Melpacas in Palworld To Capture
You can easily find Melpacas in Palworld in various locations across the gigantic map. We found our first few Melpacas to capture close the the starting area. In the image above, we showcase where we found Melpaca spawns.
How To Ride Melpaca as Mount in Palworld
Riding a Melpaca is a simple process once you've crafted the Melpaca Saddle. Simply select the Melpaca Saddle from your inventory and give it to the Melpaca you want to ride.
From here, summon the Melpaca and walk up to it. Then press and hold down the X button (on Xbox) to mount it. From here, ride to your heart's content. To dismount, hold the X button again.
For those who don't know what Palworld is, check out the open-world crafting/survival title's Early Access release trailer below.
The Melpaca is just one of the many mounts you can ride in Palworld. Remember, there are also flying mounts out there for Pal Tamers to discover. However, the Melpaca should be one of the first mountable Pals you encounter, so craft that Melpaca's Saddle item as soon as possible.
