While questions hang over the Overwatch League’s future with many casters departing, teams are gearing up for the third season set to begin on 8 February 2020.
Ahead of the new season, many teams like Florida Mayhem are mixing up their branding for a fresh start - with OWL Season 2 champions San Francisco Shock now following suit.
Announcing their new look in a video titled Lights Out 2020, Shock revealed they will be incorporating silver and black into their orange colour scheme - paying homage to the Oakland Raiders American football team.

It isn’t the only rebranding taking place either, with Los Angeles Valiant swapping their previous green palette for a brighter blue and gold look.
It’s a slightly more drastic rebrand compared to Shock, with some fans not entirely happy with the bold Valiant colour swap.
There will also be new Overwatch skins to coincide with Valiant’s new colours, set to replace the previous green outfits of yore.

It’s just one of the big changes within the team, after the club also signed up Park “Rain” Jae-ho as support and Rick “Gig” Salazar as main tank.
The Overwatch League kicks off on 8 February with Valiant playing Dallas Fuel.
