It is the day that many people have been waiting for. It is time for the launch of Overwatch 2. Blizzard plans on making Overwatch 2 as accessible as it can be for anyone interested in playing the game.
With the launch of Overwatch 2, there are expected to be new heroes and other changes to be made in the game. Here, we will coverhow you canunlock all the heroes in Overwatch 2.
Play The Game And Unlock All Overwatch 2 Heroes
Overwatch 2 is a new free-to-play game that Blizzard has created. The original Overwatch was a retail game that you had to purchase for around $50 when the game initially launched.
In the original Overwatch, all the heroes were unlocked from the start because it was a retail purchase. Things are a little different in Overwatch 2.
Because OW2 is going to be a free-to-play game, Blizzard expects there will be an increase in players. That means more people will try to cheat or disrupt the game.

To help slow them down, Blizzard has created both the Defense Matrix Initiative to help detect cheaters and the FTUE (first-time user experience) to slow them down and ease new players in the game.
The FTUE is meant to help ease new players to Overwatch 2. This system helps players unlock all Overwatch 2 features over time, including unlocking all the heroes. This system was created for those who make their account post-launch.
The concept of unlocking all OW2 heroes is surprisingly simple. To unlock all the heroes in Overwatch 2, you must play approximately 100 matches.
Playing 100 matches will allow you to unlock all original Overwatch heroes. This includes two new heroes who are Junker Queen and Sojurn.
So if players want to use all the characters in Overwatch 2, the best way to do so is just to play the game, and the heroes will be unlocked naturally through progression.
