New Toxic Shock Update Coming To The Outlast Trials

The next new update to The Outlast Trials, Toxic Shock, is coming on 16 April and bring s a ton of new content to the game. It's the game's first major update following its full release on Steam following the Early Access period. The Toxic Shock update will include a time-limited program, new Variator, new secondary objective, and, of course, new rewards.

Toxic Shock will last from 16 April until 7 May 2024, giving players just a few weeks to try out the new mode and get their hands on all of the exclusive Toxic Shock prizes. The update will also include numerous quality-of-life updates.

Players can also keep an eye out for some new MK Challenges in the coming weeks, including "Tilt The Scales of Justice" and "Sabotage The Factory." Their official descriptions are as follows:

• Tilt The Scales of Justice – A test of moral and strategic might against the backdrop of corruption. Can real evidence of false crimes outweigh the power of corrupting wealth? Load the scales of Lady Justice and observe.
• Sabotage the Factory – A daring mission to halt the sinister operations of the Murkoff Corporation. Murkoff controls the means of production; use the emergency breaks to shut down the factory.
