Monster Hunter Now October 2023 Events Detailed

Please note that all the dates and times outlined in this article are for your local time. For most events in October 2023, you will have to have completed the prologue and reached Hunter Rank 11.

Monster Hunter Now Tobi-Kadachi Weekend

In this Monster Hunter Now event, Tobi-Kadachi appears more often, meaning you can get more materials during the event dates and times. 

Dates & Times:

• Friday, October 6, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday, October 7, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Sunday, October 8, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Note that the Tobi-Kadachi monsters appear in Swamp and Forest habitats, so don't go looking for additional spawns in the Desert habitat! The reward is, of course, the chance to earn more Tobi-Kadachi materials by slaying them in droves!

Monster Hunter Now Rathian & Pink Rathian Week

Yes, Monster Hunter Now players will be able to encounter a Pink Rathian during the weekend event from Monday, October 9, 2023, at 12:00 a.m. until Friday, October 13, 2023, at 4:59 p.m. You will have to complete Chapter 9 and thereby unlock Rathian hunts so that Pink Rathian variants can spawn in Forest habitats.

Increased Spawn Dates & Times:

• Friday, October 13, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday, October 14, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Sunday, October 15, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

To take advantage of the increased spawns of both Rathian and Pink Rathian, you will need to be Hunter Rank 11 or above. Earn rewards in the form of more Rathian materials as the spawn rate has increased during the event.

Keep in mind that Pink Rathian will not appear at all after the event ends on October 15, 2023.

Monster Hunter Now Halloween Pumpkin Hunt

The first Monster Hunter Now Halloween event is called Pumpkin Hunt, and the Kulu-Ya-Ku monsters will look "different than usual." We expect to see pumpkins pop up on your map to collect!

Dates & Times :

• Start date: October 25, 2023.
• End date: October 31, 2023.

The developers have noted that you will be able to get Halloween-themed equipment during the event. More details should be available later in October.
