Shanna really doesn't do a whole lot aside from flooding the board, and, unlike Debrii, Shanna's ability is too reliant on RNG ever to be considered competitively viable. Shanna herself is also not very well-statted, providing only four-power (give or take an average of 1-3 power on average per one-drop she summons) for four energy. It's entirely possible to get three Ebony Maws on the final turn and win the game, but just as likely to get three The Hoods and lose.
