The latest Madden 24 roster update has arrived, and Week 8 ratings changes are looking good for a few players who struggled earlier this year. Of course, the success of some leads to the downfall of others.
Not all of the Madden 24 ratings changes are positive, as some players own struggles are now being reflected. Let's take a look at some of the top names who got hit by the Madden Ratings Adjustors.
Madden 24 roster update moves top ratings for Burrow and Hopkins
After weeks of struggling to get their footing, Joe Burrow has finally started to get the Cincinnati Bengals on track. Following a strong showing against the 49ers (and wins over the Seahawks and Cardinals in the previous two weeks), Joe Burrow is moving up in the new Week 8 Madden 24 roster update.
Burrow started the year at 95 OVR near the top of the Madden 24 ratings for quarterbacks. Unfortunately, early season struggles were quickly reflected in-game as Burrow dipped as low as 91 OVR in Week. In Week 8, Burrow jumps up to 92 OVR and is finally moving in the right direction.
The same rings true for DeAndre Hopkins, whose first year with the Tennessee Titans has been a struggle. Hopkins failed to find the endzone for most of the early season, but he finally racked up 3 touchdowns and 128 receiving yards against the Falcons. Hopkins started the year at 93 OVR but slid to 89 OVR in Week 3 and has sat there most of the year.
After another strong game, Hopkins is back on the move with a Madden 24 ratings boost taking him to 90 OVR. These are just a few of the names shifting in this roster update, but you can find the entire set of changes here.
