Madden 21 price and pre-order details: Standard, Deluxe and MVP Editions

Madden 21 officially releases on 28th August on all current-generation platforms, and it will also release on PS5 and Xbox Series X down the track. If you want to know how much it will cost to pre-order and what editions are available, you've come to the right place.

Similar to FIFA 21, there are three editions available; Standard, Deluxe and MVP. Naturally, they all have different prices and different features. But there's something for everyone depending on what you're after.

Madden 21 Standard Edition

First and foremost, Madden 21 Standard Edition is the cheapest and most basic edition. It costs $59.99 ($53.99 for EA Access members), and if you pre-order it, you get the following goodies:

Madden 21 Deluxe Edition

Madden 21 Deluxe Edition is the next step up and the middle-range option of the three. It costs $79.99 ($71.99 for EA Access members), and if you pre-order it, you get even more extras, including:

Madden 21 MVP Edition

Last but not least, Madden 21 MVP Edition is the premium choice for the most dedicated players. It costs a solid $99 ($89.99 for EA Access members), but if you pre-order it, you get fantastic value. The extras include:

Dual Entitlement

Thankfully, Madden 21 also offers dual entitlement, which means if you buy it on PS4 or Xbox One and are planning on upgrading to a PS5 or Xbox Series X, you won’t need to buy it twice.

Instead, you'll be able to upgrade your copy of Madden NFL 21 on PlayStation 4 to PlayStation 5, or from Xbox One to Xbox Series X, at no extra cost.

Even if you buy a physical copy, it will still include an entitlement to download and play Madden 21 on the next-gen consoles. But keep in mind, if you decide to buy a PS5 without an optical drive, you'll need to buy the game digitally, since the physical version cannot upgrade to a digital one.
