Legends of Runeterra x Prime Gaming (Dec 2021): How to link your accounts and claim rewards

Since 2018, Riot Games and Amazon have maintained a big partnership that has seen fans, through the latter’s Prime Gaming subscription, get access to a ton of rewards for free within League’s accounts.

With the success of many of their recent launches, and with their esports scenes growing strong, both companies have announced a new long-term deal that will not only turn Prime Gaming into a global sponsor for Riot Games’ esports but also offer bigger and better rewards for all of Riot’s titles.

Legends of Runeterra x Prime Gaming rewards

As for Legends of Runeterra, players could only enjoy a free Epic Wildcard to help expand their collection, as part of the rewards available for Riot’s card game. 

But now, thanks to this new partnership and after the current series ends in January 2022, Prime members will be able to claim more content for free on a monthly basis, including one Tier 3 Prismatic Chest and one Epic Card or Tier 3 Prismatic Chest, and three Rare Wildcards.

“Since the beginning of our collaboration with Prime Gaming for League, we’ve teamed up to give away tens of millions of Skins, Skin Shards, and more. As we launched new games, Prime Gaming grew with us to deliver in-game content for players across our new titles,” said Sylvia Ko, Corporate Business Development Lead for Riot Games.

How to claim rewards for Legends of Runeterra with Prime Gaming

Each month, all players who link their Riot accounts with an Amazon Prime subscription will have the chance to get all of these rewards.

The price for a subscription is $12.99 / €7.99 per month, but if you've never subscribed before, you can try a 7-day free trial and claim rewards for free!

Here is step by step what will you need to do:

• Go to Prime Gaming and click on "Try Free".
• Link your Amazon Prime membership to your Twitch account if you haven't already.
• Link your Riot account and Prime Gaming account through the Connections dashboard of your Twitch account settings.
• Once you have all done, go to the Legends of Runeterra rewards page and click on “Claim” underneath the capsule.
• Launch or restart Legends of Runeterra and your rewards will be ready to collect.

Wild Rift will also be part of this program from 18th November, while Valorant players will be able to collect bigger rewards starting January 2022.

“Now, in Prime Gaming we have a partner that shares our focus in making it better to be a player, not only through games but also through broader entertainment experiences players would want to engage in, including Arcane and our esports,” added Sylvia Ko.

Also, remember you can cancel your Amazon Prime subscription within seven days if you don't want to keep subscribing and don't forget to grab all loot available for other games as well, including rewards for Free Fire, Genshin Impact, Apex Legends, and more.
