In Killer Klowns from Outer Space's first update in while, developers not only revealed a new roadmap for the rest of 2024, but also showed off a new character, Zombo.
Zombo may only be a cosmetic skin for Hunter Klowns rather than a playable character with abilities of his own, but he's still a great and unique addition to the game. Zombo is an original character designed by Illfonic for the Killer Klowns game, rather than a character from the Killer Klowns films like Shorty, Slim, and Fatso.
The new Zombo skin is one of the most detailed in the game yet, and definitely one of the most gory. As his name implies, Zombo is a zombie, and it's possible not to tell; he's missing some of his skin, and Killer Klowns from Outer Space is both silly and scary sometimes, but this skin definitely lends itself more to the latter.
Developers describe the skin as follows: "Bearing scars and "leftovers" from a previous invasion attempt long ago, Zombo returns with a vengeance to consume any human that crosses his path! Zombo is a special character skin for the Hunter Klown Type and is only cosmetic."
Zombo is available for Killer Klowns from Outer Space on all platforms for $4.99 starting 16 July. His introduction to the game will be followed by the 1.3 patch, coming on 25 July.
