How To Claim Dr. Ratio For Free In Honkai: Star Rail

You can get Dr. Ratio for free by simply logging into Honkai: Star Rail once phase two of version 1.6, "Crown of the Mundane and Divine," goes live. 

If you didn't know, phase 2 of Honkai: Star Rail version 1.6 will start on 17 January 2024. In case you're interested in pulling Ruan Mei, phase 1 of version 1.6 will begin on 27 December 2023. 

As for Dr. Ratio, he should be available to claim as soon as phase 2 begins on 17 January. Dr. Ration will be available until version 2.1 starts, so you will have plenty of time to snag this charming but narcissistic five-character.
