Halo Infinite, alongside several other Xbox Series X titles, are stepping up to the plate in the Xbox Series X event in July.
This comes after a less-than-stellar Inside Xbox, with Microsoft even acknowledging they set the wrong expectations.
Halo Infinite confirmed for July event
We already knew Microsoft would be showcasing Xbox exclusives in the July event for the Xbox 20/20 campaign. Microsoft hasn't said which games would be there, and it would be terrible if Halo fans just sat around, waiting and waiting for something to happen.
However, Halo fans shouldn't worry, as something will definitely happen. 343 Industries confirmed Halo Infinite would be at the Xbox Series X event in July 2020.
The confirmation didn't come in the form of some big PR hype tweets by Aaron Greenberg. Instead, it came from an Anniversary Analysis post on Halo Waypoint.
Right at the bottom of the article, 343 Industries said: "You may have seen people talking about this lightly before, but we're extremely excited to confirm that Halo Infinite will be one of many first-party titles included in the Xbox 20/20 event in July. Get ready."

While the game will be at the Xbox Series X July event, don't expect gameplay. Halo Infinite gameplay could possibly be shown, but neither 343 Industries or Microsoft has confirmed anything of the sort.
It will be interesting to see which other Xbox exclusive titles appear in the July event. We are likely to see Hellblade 2 join Halo Infinite.
With 343 Industries saying Halo Infinite is just "one of many first-party titles" at the event, it might be time for Xbox fans to get excited.
