About Barbara 

Barbara is a unique four-star character in Genshin Impact. She is the only four-star character in the game to have an elemental burst animation. She has also appeared as a free character during the Baptism of Song event. 

In terms of lore, Barbara is the little sister of the five-star Anemo sword user, Jean. Both are the daughters of Frederica Gunnhildr and Seamus Pegg. Barbara currently serves as the Deaconess of the Church of Favonius. Meanwhile, Jean is the acting grandmaster of Knights of Favonius.
