With the Genshin Impact 2.1 update, the developer miHoYo added a tonne of content, from new characters such as Aloy, Kujou Sara and Baal, brand-new Archon quests, a Fishing system and much, much more. There are also several featured events throughout September 2021, and powerful new weapons to acquire. Not to be forgotten, however, are the new Specters enemies which players can defeat in order to farm the highly important Spectral Husk items.
Specter locations in Genshin Impact 2.1
A big part of the content in Genshin Impact 2.1 can be experienced on the two new islands, Watatsumi and Seirai.
In case you haven't figured it out, that's where the new Specter enemies reside, and they hold, among other things, the Spectral Husks ascension material, alongside Spectral Heart, and Spectral Nucleus!
Simply check out the maps for the Specter locations in Genshin Impact 2.1 below for both the Watatsumi and Seirai islands.

Now that you know all the Specter spawn locations in Genshin Impact 2.1, we have a little tip to share. These enemies can be a bit difficult to kill, and sometimes you will get that "immune" notification on attacks. There are Anemo, Geo and Hydro Specter types.
We recommend you compile a diverse team with different elemental attacks to get farm Specters efficiently. They also explode when they die...
What are Spectral Husks used for?
To put it mildly, Spectral Husks are important for most travellers to farm. Spectral Husks is ascension material, used to level up weapons and characters.
Importantly in the Genshin Impact 2.1 update, Spectral Husks are used to level up The Catch polearm which is great to use with Raiden Shogun (Baal) and it is also a material used to level up both Aloy and Kokomi.
So there you have it, all Specters locations on both new islands in Genshin Impact 2.1 so travellers can farm those Spectral Husks with ease.
