Five Nights at Freddy's: Into the Pit got its first trailer reveal during yesterday's Guerilla Collective Showcase, showing off some gameplay, a look at the game's design, and even a release date. The upcoming title boasts a retro style and pixel graphics, a departure from the Five Nights at Freddys' mainline games' style.

The game's trailer includes a link to the site jeffspizza.club/, which gives a 12 June release date. That's only a little over a week after the showcase where the game's first official trailer was shown.
According to the game's new official Steam page, the game will involve "satisfying puzzles intertwined with an adrenaline-fuelled story," and will be a "narrative experience." Fans will have to save their friends, family, and themselves while discovering multiple different endings.
“We wanted to deliver a surprise that's more than just a pizza topping,” said Becca Peters, Marketing Director at Mega Cat Studios. “Pizza delivery can sometimes pit you against unexpected obstacles, but we’ll always get the job done!”
The game was first leaked back in January, when fans discovered a trailer for the game. Series creator Scott Cawthon acknowledged the leaks, saying that it was okay for fans to talk about the game even if he intended for it to be a secret for longer.
FNAF: Into the Pit will be available on Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam.
