FIFA Global Series Team of the Season Cup 2022 - How to watch, format, schedule, teams and more

It's been a long time coming, but the FIFA 22 Team of the Season Cup is almost upon us. One of the biggest events in the community will see 32 teams duke it out across three days for a piece of a massive $500k prize pool provided by EA Sports.

There will be plenty of action to enjoy during the FGS TOTS Cup and even viewership rewards for fans that tune in and are active FIFA Ultimate Team players in FIFA 22.

Let's walk you through everything you need to know about the FIFA Global Series Team of the Season Cup.

FGS TOTS Cup - Schedule and format

The TOTS Cup is scheduled to be played between 29th April and 1st May. In total, 32 teams will compete, including 16 regional champions and 16 FGS Masters.

Similar to the FIFA World Cup, the group stage will be comprised of four teams. The main difference is that after their first match and depending on results, teams will move to a winners qualifier or drop to a lower bracket where they'll fight to move to the next phase.

FGS TOTS Cup - Prize pool

As we've mentioned, the prize pool has a huge $500k pot up for grabs. The winner of the event will take a total of $100k of that sum, the rest of the breakdown is yet to be revealed.

Furthermore, the winning team will qualify for the FIFAe Club World Cup 2022, so there's more than pride and money at stake.
