At 26 years old, Giovanni Simeone is no spring chicken but his performances this season are threatening to put him on the radar of every top club in Europe.
The Argentina striker made the move to Europe in 2016, parking up in Serie A with Genoa. Since then he's been on the move regularly, first to Fiorentina, then Cagliari and now currently on loan at Hellas Verona F.C., where he has taken his game to new levels with nine goals in 10 games.
His performances in October especially caught the eye, a double into Juventus, and five more goals saw him awarded the Serie A Player of the Month.
