Edwin van der Sar was one of the greatest goalkeepers of the modern era, his time between the sticks at Manchester United was record-breaking lifting four Premier League titles and the Champions League, and that is to say nothing about his time at Ajax when he lifted a further four league titles and another Champions League winners medal in 94-95.

Him being an Icon is undisputed, and while it was no surprise that he was included in FIFA 21's list of 100 Icons, we did get a surprise today when it was revealed that there he would get an Icon SBC alongside Luís Figo and Javier Zanetti.
