How to Get Snip Snip in Fallout Shelter 

To get Snip Snip in Fallout Shelter, you'll need to complete the Snip Snip quest which is called Snipping Coupons. To get this quest, though, you'll first have to finish the prerequisite quests to get other characters including Lucy and The Ghoul.

To complete the quest, you'll also need certain prerequisites such as the BOS Casual and The Ghoul's Coat. It's also important to remember that each quest has multiple parts, so they'll take some time to complete.

In addition to earning Snip Snip, you'll also get some Military Duct Tape and a Theme Recipe for finishing up the Snipping Coupons quest. You'll also unlock the next quest in the Fallout TV questline.
