A future update to Fall Guys will be designed to combat cheaters wrecking the party royale.
A lengthy thread on the Fall Guys official Twitter account explained how developers MediaTonic are working on an update “that will prevent a lot of the cheating from being possible” - although it’s unclear when exactly it will roll out.
They also stated how while their current automatic system is catching some cheaters, new players are getting in on the act possibly due to the spread of clips online.

Until then:
😶 Players that are caught cheating during a game, will be banned afterwards
😶 We're catching a lot of players
😶 Most players that cheat are caught the first time
“Please try to avoid sharing videos/posts about cheaters. They appear to encourage new players to cheat,” the post reads.
Cheaters have become a surprising issue for Fall Guys, with developers having previously turned off a Family Sharing feature to prevent Steam players from exploiting a loophole.

This planned update could arrive alongside Fall Guys Season 2, which is set to adopt a medieval theme with new games and wizard hats.
The game shows no signs of slowing down however, having become the most downloaded PS Plus title of all time last month.
