Fall Guys has been undeniably the game of the Summer, with almost the entirety of the gaming community being drawn to its fun aesthetics and simple yet addicting gameplay.

As Mediatonic, the indie developer behind this massive hit, is hard at working trying to polish the game even further, they have announced the first official patch coming to Fall Guys this 12th August.
The update will bring back a new minigame that's been absent since the beta Jump Showdown will be added to the rotation of over two dozen levels in Fall Guys.

That's not all that the patch will bring, as a plethora of bug and crash fixes will help give players a smoother experience. Some of the most important issues addressed include the crown bug robbing a handful of players from netting a victory.

Sadly, we still have nothing to address the hacking issues plaguing the game, but Mediatonic has confirmed it's a priority for next udpates.
Here's the full list of fixes:
- Lowered the weighting for Royal Fumble to add more final round variation
- Fixed crash at launch with certain regional calendars set in the operating system
- Improved messaging for matchmaking and server errors
- Fixed physics behaving erratically at high framerate on levels like Tip Toe
- Fixed crown in Fall Mountain not being grabbable in rare situations
- Addressed some collisions in Block Party allowing players to bypass the blocks
- Fixed Parties sometimes failing due to too many requests
- Addressed some special characters causing display issues in player names
- Fixed Big Tease Achievement not unlocking in specific regions
- PC only - Fixed certain game controller models not being detected on PC
