Esports Awards rebrands, nominations open for 2021

Since 2015, The Esport Awards has been the occasion when the industry comes together to recognise those people, organisations, events, media, and personalities that have excelled throughout the year and elevated the industry in the process.

And in 2021 is looks to be going bigger and better with a stylish rebrand that adds a touch of Oscar pomp to the occasion.

Nominations are now open in a broad range of categories with awards for pro players, on-air talent, the industry at large, creatives and community endeavours. 

The awards will be held at the Esports Stadium in Arlington, Texas in November 2021 and after what will be a tough year and a half for the industry, with live events almost non-existent, it should hopefully be an occasion to recognise the immense achievements made in the most difficult of circumstances.

With that said, starting today and for the next several months, anyone from around the world will be able to submit their nominees in one of the following categories below:

Industry

• Esports Video Production Team of the Year
• Esports Commercial Partner of the Year

Esports Awards 2021: How to Nominee

To submit your nominees, all you have to do is enter the Esports Awards website and choose the categories in which you wish to submit a nomination. Fill out the form provided to make your choice known to the Esports Awards panel of judges.

Nominations are now open, while the finalists of each of the categories will be announced in the following schedule:

• May: Community & start of voting period
• June: Industry
• July: Creative
• August: Pro & On-Air Talent
• October: Go Home Show & end of voting period
