Valve has finally released the new Prestige Bundle for Primal Beast in the Dota 2 Battle Pass. Entitled the "Age of Attrition," players can look forward to stomping through the lanes "in forged finery" with new items, custom animations, and effects featured in the Dota 2 Primal Beast Prestige Bundle.
In an official blog post on 7th October 2022, Valve said, "Throughout the ages, there have been countless attempts to control the Primal Beast — and one of the most devastating plans only made the creature more fearsome than ever before." Here's how to get the new Primal Beast Prestige Bundle in Dota 2.
How To Unlock Primal Beast Prestige Bundle In Dota 2
Like the Phantom Assassin Persona or Faceless Void Arcana skins, Battle Pass owners can unlock the Age of Attrition Prestige Bundle for Primal Beast by purchasing the 2022 Dota 2 Battle Pass and leveling it to Level 223.
Players can earn more Battle Points in many ways, including playing Dota 2 matches, participating in Cavern Crawl, or completing the Weekly Quests. Otherwise, Dota 2 Battle Pass owners can buy more Battle Points with real money.

The in-game description reads: "Long before his arrival in the Tomo'kan, one failed attempt to control the beast found him clad in plate and foolishly pressed into battle — where he promptly dismembered and devoured troops on both sides. Uncannily well-designed as that ancient armor was, it took many maulings over countless years before the final pieces fully dislodged from his formidable hide."
Dota 2 Fans Are Displeased With Latest TI11 Battle Pass
This latest cosmetic release has not been positively received by fans, who have largely expressed their distaste for the Dota 2 Battle Pass, citing it as the worst Battle Pass ever.
This sentiment is also congruent with the Dota 2 Prize Pool Tracker data, which has demonstrated poor growth compared to previous The Internationals. In particular, the 2022 Dota 2 Battle Pass has been available for over a month, yet The International 2022 prize pool contribution has yet to breach the $15 million milestone.
For reference, this time last year, the TI10 prize pool was nearing the $25 million mark. Similarly, The International 2019 was approaching $18 million, leaving the present TI11 prize pool dwindling in comparison.
Only time will tell if fans' sentiments will change; however, one thing is certain: this latest Dota 2 Battle Pass is underwhelming. We'll endeavor to keep you updated regarding any more content releases.
