Valve has dropped another balancing update in Dota 2 just in time for the Dota 2 Stockholm Major. The developers had ample time to work on different aspects of the game, and we see tons of changes in patch 7.31c of Dota 2. The neutral creeps needed some minor changes to balance them since their introduction.
As usual, in-game items didn't feel polished enough, and Valve has nerfed many items with this update and last but not least, heroes balance changes are one of the main focuses of this patch.
Valve had dropped the heaviest nerf hammer on Tiny, Sand King, and the newly added Primal Beast. Let’s have a closer look at patch notes to understand the entire changes.

Neutral creep updates in Dota 2
The massive patch 7.31 added certain abilities to neutral creeps. While this made the game interesting, the abilities needed slight changes to balance them.
