All you'll need is 2 Boards and 1 Rope. To craft the watering can, bring the ingredients to the Science Machine, and from here you can make the recipe.

How to Fill Your Watering Can in Don’t Starve Together

You can fill up your new watering can at any water source. There are several different places where you can do this.

To be specific, there are four different types of places where you can fill your watering can:

• Ponds - Found in many different areas, including grasslands, forests, ruins, etc
• Hot Springs - Found only on Lunar Island
• Oasis Lakes - Found only in the desert biome, in summer
• Vitreoasis - Found underground in the Lunar Grotto biome

Once you find your way to a watering hole - no matter which type it is - you'll need to equip the watering can you crafted. Next, hover over the watering hole and right-click. This will fill your watering can to the top, which offers you a total of 40 uses.
