Diablo Immortal Season 2 Update Patch Notes

Despite a poor reception from some Diablo fans, Diablo Immortal has been killing it in terms of earnings, with recent reports noting nearly $1 million USD per day. With Diablo Immortal Season 2 releasing on 7th July (or 8th in certain regions), alongside the game's release in the Asia Pacific region, we've got some early, unofficial patch notes to share.

In this article, we outline the fixes and improvements players can expect with the unofficial Diablo Immortal Season 2 update patch notes, expected to release on 7th July 2022 UTC.

Diablo Immortal S2 July update patch notes

Diablo Immortal Season 2 is expected to release on mobile devices and PC (still open beta) on 7th July 2022 and coincides with the game's release in the Asia Pacific region. To this end, there are some fixes and improvements Blizzard plans to make.

To be clear, this isn't the full Diablo Immortal Season 2 update (July 2022) patch notes. Instead, this is what Blizzard plans to improve for the game's launch in the Asia Pacific region.

Since Season 1 is expected to end on the same date, we are making an educated guess that these improvements and fixes will be inside the Diablo Immortal Season 2 update.

Diablo Immortal Season 2 improvements and fixes

• Initial build package optimization: Reshuffling the assets downloading sequence so relevant UI would populate properly to improve user experience in-game.
• Android device performance optimization: The install base of mobile devices in Asia Pacific regions is very diverse. Using learnings from the first phase of our launch, we are performing additional compatibility tests to optimize the launch experience.
• PC experience improvements: Including fixes to potion and skills lockout issues, Auto-Navigation, Demon Hunter primary attack, Xbox controller input delay, and more.
• Performance and network optimization: Improvements to deferred multi-lighting particle tech, bug fixes, and more.

Due to the delay of Diablo Immortal's Asia Pacific launch until 7th July 2022, Blizzard will give players a rewards package to thank them for their patience. Don't forget to claim it!

The once-off reward package includes:

• x1 Legendary gear piece.
• x100 Scrap Materials.
• x10 Enchanted Dust.
