All New Diablo 2 Runewords, Effects & Stats in Season 4 Patch 2.7

With Diablo 2 Resurrected (D2R) Ladder Season 4 (patch 2.7), Blizzard is introducing brand-new Runewords to the game, promising to shake up builds and provide players with more reasons to farm their way to the top. 

This consistently updated article provides you with all the new Runewords in Diablo 2 Resurrected as they are revealed, featuring the combos and level requirements, effects, and stats.

Update on 19 June 2023: This time around with D2R patch 2.7, there are no new Runewords, unlike patch 2.6 which added quite a few. Check out the Runewords for S3 below for reference.

All New Diablo 2 Resurrected Runewords: Stats, Effects & More

There are eight (8) new Runewords for players to complete in Diablo 2 Resurrected Season 3. The new Runewords for Diablo 2 Resurrected Ladder Season 3 were not directly revealed by Blizzard, but instead, top content creators were given a chance by the developer to reveal these magnificent combos. 

Cure Runeword (shael, io, tal) Helm (Lvl 35):

• +20% Faster Hit Recovery
• +75-100% Enhanced Defense
• +10 to Vitality
• Increase Maximum Life 5%
• Poison Resist +40% to +60%
• Poison Length Reduced by 50%
• Level 1 Cleansing Aura when Equipped

Bulwark Runeword (shael, io, sol) Helm (Lvl 35):

• +20% Faster Hit Recovery
• 4 to 6% Life Stolen per Hit
• +75-100% Enhanced Defense
• +10 to Vitality
• Increase Maximum Life 5%
• Replenish Life +30
• Damage Reduced by 7
• Physical Damage Received Reduced by 15%

Temper Runeword (shael, io, ral) Helm (Lvl 35):

• +20% Faster Hit Recovery
• +75-100% Enhanced Defense
• +10 to Vitality
• Increase Maximum Life 5%
• Fire Resist +40% to +60%
• Fire Absorb +10% to +15%

Hearth Runeword (shael, io, thul) Helm (Lvl 35):

• +20% Faster Hit Recovery
• +75-100% Enhanced Defense
• +10 to Vitality (io)
• Increase Maximum Life 5%
• Cold Resist +40% to +60%
• Cold Absorb +10% to +15%
• Cannot be Frozen

Ground Runeword (shael, io, ort) Helm (Lvl 35):

• 20% Faster Hit Recovery
• +75-100% Enhanced Defense
• +10 to Vitality
• Increase Maximum Life 5%
• Lightning Resist +40% to +60%
• Lightning Absorb +10% to +15%

Metamorphosis Runeword (io, cham, fal) Helm (Lvl 67):

• Werewolf strikes grant Mark for 180 seconds
• Mark of the wolf:
• 20% Bonus to Attack Rating
• Increase Maximum Life 40%
• Werebear strikes grant Mark for 180 seconds
• Mark of the bear:
• +25% Attack Speed
• +25% chance of Crushing Blow
• Physical Damage Received Reduced by 20%
• +5 to Shape Shifting Skills (Druid Only)
• 69% Enhanced Defense
• +10 to Strength
• +10 to Vitality
• All Resistances +10
• Cannot be Frozen

Mosaic Runeword (mal, gul, thul) Hands/Claws (Lvl 53):

• 50% Chance for Finishing Moves to not Consume Charge
• When a finisher is executed this way, it now refreshes the expiration timer of the stack
• +2 to Martial Arts (Assassin Only)
• +20% Increased Attack Speed
• +200-250% Enhanced Damage
• 20% Bonus to Attack Rating
• 7% Life Steal
• +8-15% to Cold Skill Damage
• +8-15% to Lightning Skill Damage
• +8-15% to Fire Skill Damage
• Prevent Monster Heal

Hustle Runeword (shael, ko, eld) Swords/Armor (Lvl 39):

Swords:

• 5% Chance to Cast Level 1 Burst of Speed
• Level 1 Fanaticism Aura
• +30% Increased Attack Speed
• +180-200% Enhanced Damage
• +75% Damge to Undead
• +50 to Attack Rating Against Undead
• +10 to Dexterity

Armor:

• +65% Faster Run/Walk
• +40% Increased Attack Speed
• +20% Faster Hit Recovery
• 50% Slower Stamina Drain
• +6 to Evade
• +All Resistances +10
