All Diablo 4 Unique Elites Locations in Nahantu & Rare Drops

Nahantu is a massive new region in Vessel of Hatred and, to the best of my knowledge, the biggest zone ever in any Diablo title. It can be challenging to find everything you want to experience, and that includes getting shiny items for your wardrobe by killing unique Elite mobs.

There are four unique elite mobs in Diablo 4's Nahantu region, spread out across the vast map. They are tough to find, so we've decided to make it easy for all our readers with a dedicated guide. Let's leap in!

Where Are The Unique Elites in Nahantu? Answered

The image above says it all, really. Those are the locations of the unique Elite mobs that Diablo 4 players can slay in Nahantu. The picture comes from the fantastic resource D4Planner.io, but I've added the names of the Elites in the paint to help you out, especially for the players who are only missing one or two of these mobs in their hunting trophy cabinet.

Check out each unique Elite mob below, alongside the precise rare item they can drop and dark and flavorsome descriptions of these items.

• Serpent Child (Exuvial Polearm): "The most cunning Nangari revels in wearing human skins. Their favorite forms are beautiful maidens or joyous children. Their masks look flawless but shatter as the unsuspecting draw near."
• Skullburner (Foul Embrace Chest Armor): "Dregs do not sleep - they cannot. The pain keeps them awake. For every pus-filled fissure in their skin, they feel a thousand blades, every morning and every night."
• Queen of Pestilence (Remorse Bow): "Seek not the sorrowful cries from the wilds. Tales speak of a rotted wight, lost to eternal, unending hunger. She weeps as she devours her wretched offspring. Forever yearning, forever unfulfilled."
• Blood Lightning (Manfilth 2H Axe): "Lacuni have been observed taking enemy weapons and turning them against their makers. Relentless use has eroded this blade. Its only distinctive is the indelible stains of man's blood.

The precise item stats are not available since stats scale and differ based on character level and other factors. They do offer unique transmog/cosmetic options, though, so even if you salvage one, you still get the main reward! Keep in mind that each unique Elite mob also drops random loot of varying quality and sometimes a bunch of crafting materials!

Good luck on the hunt, Nephalem! These unique elites do offer a bit of a challenge, especially in Torment difficulties and if you are unprepared for getting hit super hard in the face. Remember to grab all the Nahantu Waypoints while you are at it so you can increase that Renown with the new Vessel of Hatred region.
