Head to these locations and check for small paths, as these shrines are located in areas that are generally out of plain sight. There are 30 in total, and you need to cleanse them by completing a short event before earning the Nahantu Renown and XP rewards. These events include enemies spawning that you need to defeat and activating statues in a specific order. None of these little events are really puzzles, and all Nephalem should find them easy to complete.
